Maya T - Makeup

Wow so I haven't exactly been the best blogger *ahem* it's been wayy too long. I've just been so busy with school...and photoshoots hehe. That and I'm also super lazy.. I mean, what am I suppose to post about!! Can't rant on here and posting all the time over beauty things seem too materialistic.

Sooo... Here are some photos from the MAYA T shoot! She's INCREDIBLE, GORGEOUS and INCREDIBLE GORGEOUS!!!! She's super sweet too hehe. It was really awesome working with her. Usually I'm pretty silent and concentrated when I'm doing makeup, but I couldn't help but chatter with her.

Sally Hansen Continuous Treatment Review - Hardening

Lately my nails have been chipping like mad, and that feeling of broken nails hooking onto fabric, clothes, your hair is just absolutely awful. I figured my nails needed a little bit more TLC, and voila, this product was on sale at my local Shoppers Drug Mart for around $6 :)

I will update this later with a full review, but here is a quick first impressions!

Claims:

Nail hardening, time released technology to harden and thicken nails. There is some sort of calcium in there from corals ( don't know if that's gimmicky ).

Initial thoughts:

It looks and feels like a decently shiny creamy translucent base coat. Which is most likely the purpose it will serve. I don't notice that my actual nails are particularly MORE thicker and harder, but rather the coating makes it appear so. Now, it states that I have to reapply every other day, so I will get back onto the review after a few more applications!

Photoshoot in China

While I was visiting family in China, I decided to get some photo shoot action ;)
I've seen a lot of my girl friends photos from studios done and they all look super pretty, so I wanted a chance to be all dolled up and under the lights for myself!

I actually did this photo shoot on the last day that I was in the city, and I had to leave midway in between because my flight was changed last minute. Anyway it was super fun!! The makeup and hair took a bit more than an hour and I looked like a princess :3 we picked out dresses and shoes and shot at two different sets.

Totally would do this again ^^

The Miss Dior Cherie Perfume

EEEEEEEEKKSS!! I'm soo excited. After a long long time of wandering the perfume world at Sephora and drooling over this bottle, I FINALLY decided to splurge. 

I picked this up just last week and Instagrammed a pic of it right away. I cannot get over how pretty the packaging is. Well, the scent is super nice too!! I was deciding between D&G #3 L'IMPERATRICE or this (that one smells super light, fresh and sweet while Miss Dior is a heavier, creamier scent). Finally, the boyfriend said this one so of course I had to get it :) Plus I figured I'd dream about it for ages still if I didn't haha.
